Sona CoQ10 provides 30mg of concentrated coenzyme Q10 per capsule. Almost every cell in the body contains CoQ10. It is concentrated in the mitochondria, the area of the cells where energy is produced and is also involved in ATP production – the process of releasing energy from food. The heart and liver contain the greatest amount of CoQ10. Each capsule also contains a small amount of oil which aids in the absorption of CoQ10.
How to use
Adults: Take ONE capsule daily with the main meal of the day, or as directed by your health professional. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Store at ambient temperature below 25°C, out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. A supplement is not a replacement for a healthy diet.
