Osteocare® Liquid provides a rich source of calcium in a smooth, great tasting liquid, for efficient absorption into the body. This is carefully combined with co-factors including magnesium and vitamin D3.
Fat and dairy free
Just two teaspoonfuls provide as much calcium as one glass (250ml) of full fat milk, but unlike milk it is 100% fat free. Osteocare® Liquid contains no dairy products. It is ideal for those using soya milk, which is low in calcium and magnesium unless fortified.
Calcium is also vital for men and women over 50 and during pregnancy and breast-feeding. It is especially important to help maintain normal bones during and after the menopause, though research shows that the earlier women receive an adequate supply of calcium the better..

How to use
ADULTS (MEN AND WOMEN):
2 teaspoonfuls twice daily.
PREGNANCY AND BREAST-FEEDING:
2 teaspoonfuls twice daily.
CHILDREN (3-12 YEARS):
2 teaspoonfuls daily.
1 teaspoonful = approx. 5ml
Ideally taken with a main meal.
Do not exceed the recommended intake.
Osteocare Liquid can be continued for as long as required.
To prevent possible contamination with metals such as lead, oyster calcium and bone-dolomite have not been included in the Osteocare® formulation.
